The producer/the estate:

Tenuta San Vito is located in the rolling hills of the Chianta Colli Fiorentini region, just 18 kilometres from Florence. The quality and authenticity of its wines and olive oil have always been of paramount importance, as has the deep respect for the environment. San Vito has been cultivating its crops according to organic principles, and produces its wines and olive oils without any use of weed-killers, pesticides, or synthetic chemical treatments. Grapes are harvested at the optimum moment, either by hand or by machine, depending on the scale and topography of the vineyard.

About Us

We are a close family business and are currently in our second generation. We are based on our natural lavender farm, Yorkshire Lavender in the North Yorkshire countryside.

So why wine?

With a member of our staff, Timi, a trained sommelier; it seemed crazy to let that enthusiasm and experience go to waste.

Wine starts in the ground! Just like lavender the correct soil, conditions and care are vital to grow excellent grapes to make exceptional wine.

Our commitment to our natural lavender farm along with Timi’s enthusiastic expertise has led to a developing interest in natural, organic, bio-dynamic wines.
